CopyQuick is a utility to repeatedly copy selected files between directories quickly and easily. Once the list of files and directories that you wish to copy has been created it can be saved in a file and loaded again later for repeated use. Once you have created and save you file list you can access it and make the file copies with just a few mouse clicks.

CopyQuick is designed for people who wish to semi regularly backup files from a their source directory or directories to a backup directories either on the same or a different physical disk as a quick first means of data protection. CopyQuick should appeal to small business owners that use a PC or home users that wish to regularly make backup copies of selected files that are critical to them or their business. There are many more complicated and expensive solutions to the problem of backing up your most important files but CopyQuick is an easy to use and inexpensive solution for those businesses and users that don't have the resources to implement a system on the scale of a corporate computer site.

It is almost essential in the running of any small business that you need a PC. A small accounting system and word processor are indispensable. Yet many such business owners may be skilled in their business area but not necessarily computer experts. Maybe the small business has a receptionist or secretary who is the primary computer user and who manages the PC containing client or customer record etc. While competent in their specific job this person may not be not a computer expert or may not have time for complicated backup procedures. This is a site where CopyQuick could be used effectively.
